Here Comes The (zombie) Bride!

April 12, 2017

We all love stylish wedding invites, am I right?
Delicate hues, hand trimmed doilies, that curly writing…

But what if the (un)happy couple are a pair of bad-assed gorelesque performin’, horror lovin’, tassel twirlin’ muthas of Satan??

What then??

terri_steve_hidden

Here’s my artwork for just such a pair (with lots of the text omitted because, like, it’s their private wedding invite).

It was drawn on heavy A3 paper (big enough to get some detail into that beard!), and now has a home with the soon to be weds!

Get in touch if you’d like your own alternative invites!

Zombie Tea/Dish Towels?! Hell, yeah!

April 10, 2017

Do you like zombies?

Do you like towels?

You love my new set of Zombie Dish/Tea Towels!

Hand pulled (ooh, missus!) Scream-Prints direct from our secret bunker, these terrible towels are taken from my original artwork and clock in at a whopping 71cm x 49.5cm!!

Guaranteed to dry any dish, they also look awesome as wall hangings.

Avaiable exclusively from the Daemon237 Etsy shop.

My new range of Horror Valentine’s Cards are available now from the Daemon237 Etsy shop!

Five original designs, and limited sets of all five for polygamists and art collectors!

Cards come in unique blood splattered envelopes (or pure virginal white envelopes for haemophobes)!

P.S. It’s not really blood, it’s red paint.

I Love You To Death!

Another new Valentine’s Card design! This one’s a Mexican Day Of The Dead inspired skull girl. She has great big hair (mostly cropped from this pic) with a great big flamenco fan to boot.

Here’s the original artwork for my “Humbug!” alternative zombie Christmas card, available now from the Daemon237 Etsy shop.

humbug_originala

Each of the five zombie card designs began as traditional artwork, rendered with dip pen, brush, ink and an enormous Sharpie Magnum! Digital colour was added before going to print.

I’m setting up the Daemon237 brand along with my colleague and pal (the mysterious Dr El Santovian) as an outlet for my Cult, Horror and Sci-Fi themed artwork. We’ll be scream-printing T-Shirts, cards, prints, badges, courier bags…anything really!

We’re a two man operation, trying this new venture in our spare time and connecting with fellow fans, freaks and geeks through social media and trading at conventions around the uk.

We’re even on the Instagram!

Please do join us on your platform of choice and keep an eye for us at UK conventions!

Zombies & Tattoos 2016

November 11, 2016

I was at Sheffield Tattoo Show last weekend (Nov 5th & 6th), drawing unique Zombie Caricatures and selling original Scream-Printed T-Shirts, Greeting Cards and Stickers from Daemon237!

The venue was Ice Sheffield, an ice arena that was given a tremendous tattoo makeover.

It was a jam-packed weekend, and I drew a lot of zombies!

POV.

Above is a work in progress zombie caricature, a pentel brush pen, a cup from atop a flask, Daemon237 alternative Christmas cards and Daemon237 Scream-Printed T-Shirts, all sat on my special sequined convention table covering!

We’re on Instagram!

It was a busy couple of days, and very enjoyable. I met a lot of amazing people, and had a blast with fellow traders- a bunch of friendly, genuine and talented ne’er do wells, all striving to make an independent living through their small businesses.

Burning Sensations Pyrography- just brilliant!

A special mention goes to Burning Sensations Pyrography who were trading a few stops down from me- you really need to check out their stunning creations, and buy some as Crimbo pressies, or just to treat yourself!

Here’s looking forward to next year’s Tattoo Show.
